Do you offer local pickup?
We offer local pick up to our Lebanon Store location. Please allow up to 4 business days for your local pick up order to arrive at your selected store. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email detailing when it is available for pick up. To pick your order up, go to the check out counter and tell them the name/email/phone number associated with your order.
How do I select local pick up at check out?
You select local pick up at the Contact Information stage of check out. Be sure to select "Local Pick Up" as your delivery method!
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 States.
Is the product I see online also available in Jubilee Stores?
The items you see on ShopTheJub.com can be purchased exclusively through ShopTheJub.com. However, all of our In-Store locations offer similar products.
Does my purchase go toward a cause?
Jubilee Ministries is a 501 c 3 non-profit organization based out of Lebanon, Pennsylvania. All proceeds go towards our Prison Ministry which employs 11 prison chaplains, our prison Aftercare Program, and the Summer Camp Scholarship Program.

Housewares & Jewelry items are sold “as is” with no guarantees or warranties.
Clothing bought from ShopTheJub.com can be returned within 14 days. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery of an item. Please note that the 14 day timeframe starts when an item is delivered, not when the order is placed.
To return clothing item(s),
Print the order confirmation email sent to you upon placing your order.
Place the printed order confirmation in package with return items.
Mail it to Jubilee Ministries Online 235 S 12th St, Lebanon, PA 17042
Upon receiving your return items, your refund will be placed.
Clothing items can also be returned to any Jubilee store with emailed invoice as proof of purchase.
Non-clothing (Housewares and Jewelry) items arenotreturnable.
