Housewares, Jewelry & Accessories are sold “as is”. Non-clothing (Housewares, Purses, Shoes, & Jewelry) items are not returnable. 

Clothing bought from ShopTheJub.com can be returned through mail, or at any of the Jubilee Stores within 14 days. To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them. No signs of wear that was not present previous to purchase, or odors, such as smoke. To return In-Store, simply provide order email confirmation as proof of purchase along with your item(s).  All returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery of an item. Please note that the 14 day timeframe starts when an item is delivered, not when the order is placed. 

To return clothing item(s) through mail,

1. Print the order confirmation email sent to you upon placing your order.
2. Place the printed order confirmation in package with return items.
3. Mail it to Jubilee Ministries Online 232 W Main St, Palmyra, PA 17078
4. Upon receiving your return items, your refund will quickly be issued!
